Our Racing Facilities
Our expansive event space spans 2,500 square feet, offering plenty of room for various-sized events.
Our facilities include a private room that can accommodate up to 200 guests, perfect for hosting corporate events, birthday parties, bachelor parties, and family gatherings. This exclusive space ensures privacy and comfort for your group, making your event both special and memorable.
In addition to our private room, we offer a broad range of catering services to meet all your culinary needs.

A Real-World Racing Teamwork Challenge at Music City Kartplex
Transform your next corporate team building event into a high-intensity, collaboration-driven endurance race. This immersive experience puts teams into a real motorsports environment where communication, leadership, strategy, and execution determine success.
Perfect for corporate retreats, leadership development programs, sales & operations team bonding, company celebrations, and high-impact client entertainment!
During this event teams must work together under pressure, managing driver changes, pit strategy, and race execution, creating an unforgettable and meaningful bonding experience.
Event Format
This event is designed to last 2 hours and is broken down into 2 main sessions. Each event requires a minimum of 10 karts and 4-5 participants per karting team. This is ideal for companies with 40+ employees attending. At $400 a kart, your minimum investment is $4,000.
Customize and enhance your experience with catering options, event branding & awards, custom race formats, and a video package!Â
Practice & Strategy Session – 30 Minutes
Teams hit the track to:
- Learn driver change procedures
- Practice pit stops
- Develop race strategy
- Assign team roles (drivers, pit crew, timekeepers, strategists)
This session encourages communication, leadership, and planning, critical skills that directly translate to the workplace.
Endurance Race – 60 Minutes
Teams compete in a full one-hour endurance race, requiring:
- Multiple driver swaps
- Efficient pit stop execution
- Strategy adjustments
- Clear communication
Success depends on teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, not just speed.

For groups of 10 to 30 guests that want their own private driving session and to race wheel-to-wheel to the finish line instead of our standard timed session, see our Small Group packages and pricing.
The Sprint
Each racer will have 2 sessions on the track
1 timed Practice/Qualifying Round and a 12-Lap Race
Wed/Thurs: $85 Per Person
Fri – Sun: $99 Per Person
Minimum 10 people (weekdays) and 15 people (weekends)
Medals for top 3 finishers with podium ceremony
Experience will last approx 1.5 hours
The Grand Prix
Each racer will have 3 sessions on the track
1 timed Practice Round, 1 timed Qualifying Round, 12-Lap Race
Wed/Thurs: $115 Per Person
Fri – Sun: $135 Per Person
Minimum 10 people (weekdays) and 15 people (weekends)
Medals for top 3 finishers with podium ceremony
Experience will last approx 2 hours
Food & Event Space
We offer a variety of snacks and bottled soft drinks at our concession stand. No alcohol.
If you are looking for food choices beyond what our facility offers, we have catering relationships to provide pizza or boxed sandwich or salad meals, or you may bring your own food.
Our beautifully renovated 2,800 SF semi-private/private event space must be used during your event if dining, and a $250 rental fee is required. This space is track-facing with floor to ceiling glass garage doors to create the ideal motorsports mood for your gathering.
Dining tables/seating and table covers are provided. Guests must bring their own paper products, utensils, and table decorations. Nothing may be affixed to walls or ceilings.
