Get your kart ready to race and enjoy access to our recently updated track! Whether you're a seasoned racer or a beginner, we’ve got practice sessions and a safe, competitive environment just for you.
Practice Schedule
We offer a flexible practice schedule to accommodate kart owners.
Monday – Tuesday: Closed
Weekdays: 10 AM – 3 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM – 3 PM
You can practice anytime we’re open as long as there are no private events happening. Sessions are rotated between rentals and owner karts, and on busier days, we run separate sessions for faster and slower groups.

Music City Kartplex Owner Kart "Fast Track" Annual Practice Membership
Unlimited Track Access for a Full Year!
Unlock the ultimate racing experience with the Music City Kartplex Owner "Fast Track" Annual Practice Membership—your all-access pass to one of the premier karting facilities in the region. Designed for serious kart owners looking to sharpen their skills, chase faster lap times, and enjoy maximum seat time, this membership grants unlimited practice sessions for an entire year.
Pricing for the Annual Practice Membership:
- $1450 for the first driver and $800 for each additional family member.
- Only $15.00 daily practice fees. $10.00 garage owners daily practice (10 am – 3 pm).
- $15 for each spectator/mechanic wristband
Kart Safety & Requirements
Safety is our priority at Music City Kartplex. Before hitting the track, all karts must undergo a tech inspection and display a tech sticker at all times.
If your kart is deemed unsafe, too loud, or poses a risk to the track surface, we reserve the right to deny entry.
All kart owners are required to have the following safety gear:
- Snell-approved helmets
- Neck braces
- Gloves
- Close-toed shoes
- Pants
- Long sleeve jacket or racing suit
New to Kart Racing?
For first-time kart owners, we take extra precautions to ensure everyone’s safety. If you’re new to racing, we’ll ask you to place an “X” with tape on the back of your helmet to let other racers know. This ensures that others are aware and can be cautious around you while you get comfortable on the track.

Kicking off in March, we’re excited to present the Rhythm & Race Championship Series—a thrilling, high-octane, 9-race series that will put kart owners of all ages to the test on Tennessee’s only competitive outdoor track.
