Package ranges cover Tuesday through Thursday and Friday through Sunday pricing, before tax and extras. These are approximate experience times; group size, rotations, and your schedule can change the total visit. Your coordinator confirms the plan.

Give the team a little lead time
At least 15 days ahead.
Coordinated group events and private-room requests need at least 15 days notice. Share a preferred date or keep your dates flexible.
Count drivers and guests separately
A place for your whole group.
Sprint and Grand Prix package minimums are 12 drivers Tuesday through Friday and 15 on Saturday and Sunday. Tell us who’s driving and who’s coming along. Smaller coordinated groups need a custom estimate.

Share the plan. Sort the waivers.
Final headcount is due 48 hours before your event. Your coordinator confirms arrival time. Drivers need a waiver; a parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18.

Glad you asked.
Does everyone have to race?
No. Include non-driving guests in your headcount so the coordinator can plan room use, food, and any applicable spectator charges.
Who can drive a rental kart?
Solo rental drivers must be at least 12 years old and 58 inches tall. Standard karts are for drivers up to 300 lb; the Big & Tall kart is for drivers over 300 lb. Tell the team about younger guests or any fit questions before finalizing your event.

Outside catering is welcome. Bring your own paper goods and utensils, and coordinate the arrangements with the team. Alcohol is not permitted on the property.
What happens after I send my plan?
You receive an acknowledgment with your itemized plan and planning estimate. The events team reviews your request and works through availability, options, and final pricing with you. Sending a plan does not reserve your date; only payment holds it.
What if the weather changes?
Karting takes place outdoors. Ask your coordinator about the weather plan and applicable rescheduling terms when you confirm the event. If conditions are uncertain before your visit, call the track.

Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes. Secure long hair and avoid loose or flowing items. Rental helmets and neck braces are provided; confirm head sock arrangements with your coordinator.
