Start with who will drive, who will spectate and how much time you want for racing, food and recognition.
WHY MCK.
Celebrate On Your Schedule
Use the same planning approach for holiday parties, employee appreciation and company milestones throughout the year. Ask the coordinator about your preferred date and alternatives; this page does not show live private-event availability.
A Format For Your Team
Choose ordinary rental sessions for a relaxed outing or a coordinated Sprint or Grand Prix event. Group packages start at 12 weekday guests and 15 weekend guests. Smaller groups wanting private space should confirm minimum billing before relying on an estimate.
Include The Non-Racers
Give separate driver and spectator counts. Solo rental drivers need to be at least 12 and 58 inches tall. Plan seating and time together for guests who will not drive, and share accessibility requirements with the team.
Room, Food And Recognition
Request private event space, catering, A/V, trophies or branding as optional additions. Confirm the seating layout, available services and individual charges. Outside catering is welcome; bring your own paper goods and utensils. No alcohol is permitted.
START TO PODIUM.
Confirm the arrival time with your coordinator. Allow time for waivers, helmet and neck-brace fitting, and the safety briefing before racing.
Grand Prix includes practice and qualifying. Sprint includes practice or qualifying. Staff plan sessions around eligible drivers and the available karts.
Sprint and Grand Prix finish with a 12-lap race. Give the coordinator your driver count so the session plan fits the team.
Allow separate time for employee awards, food or a presentation if arranged. Room time, catering, A/V and custom trophies are optional, not automatic package inclusions.

How far ahead should we plan?
Coordinated events and private-room requests require at least 15 days notice. Ordinary rental outings use the live booking schedule instead. Share final headcount at least 48 hours before the coordinated event. Confirm date availability and terms with the team; only payment holds a date.
Can we plan a celebration outside December?
Yes. Use this planner for employee appreciation, company milestones or a celebration after the holiday season. Ask about the date you want rather than assuming a seasonal package or discount.
What should the organizer send?
Send a preferred date and alternatives, driver and spectator counts, arrival and finish times, driver eligibility, room and food needs, and a budget. For presentations, include equipment and connection needs.
Does the racing price include food and a room?
No. Private space, coordinated food, A/V, branding and custom trophies are optional arrangements with separate charges. Confirm each requested item in the final event plan.
What happens if the weather changes?
Racing is outdoors. Wear closed-toe shoes and secure layers without loose or dangling items. Discuss weather arrangements and the applicable change or cancellation terms with the coordinator before payment; indoor space does not turn the track into an indoor attraction.
Can a small team book?
A smaller crew can book ordinary rental races when available. Sprint and Grand Prix group minimums are 12 on weekdays and 15 on weekends. If a below-minimum team wants a room or coordinated event, contact the team to confirm minimum billing first.

LET'S BUILD
YOUR DAY.
Share a preferred date and alternatives, driver and spectator counts, arrival and finish times, and any room or food needs. Build an estimate or talk through the plan with the events team. An estimate or inquiry does not reserve space. Only payment holds a date.
