General Facility Rules
Attraction is not recommended for guests with the following conditions: pregnancy, neck problems, back problems, heart problems, seizures, recent surgery, or any history of physical conditions that may be aggravated by this attraction.
- Everyone must sign a waiver and receive a wristband for non-rental karting activities – spectators included. Minors require a parent or guardian signature.
- Music City Kartplex has a strict zero tolerance policy regarding alcohol and/or drug abuse. Anyone who appears to be under the influence will not be permitted to race.
- No smoking or vaping on the property.
- Any foul language will result in you being asked to leave.
- All guests must treat staff and other patrons with respect. Harassment and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No solicitation of any kind (products and/or services) is allowed on the premises without written consent from Music City Kartplex.
- Guests are not allowed in restricted areas such as the pit lane, track control center, anywhere beyond trackside fences, and maintenance areas without permission. Spectators must stay within designated viewing areas at all times.
- No bikes, skateboards, scooters, or any other motorized/human-powered vehicles on facility grounds.
- No staking or screwing of fasteners into the asphalt anywhere on the property.
- No overnight camping at Music City Kartplex. All pit spots must be vacated by closing.
- No pets are allowed except service animals West of the creek across the bridge. Service animals that perform an active function are allowed on Music City Kartplex grounds and can go wherever their handler is credentialed to go, except for the track or pits. Please note that emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under the ADA. Therefore, they are not permitted in areas where service animals are allowed. All pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Racers must take used tires, fuel cans, and any large boxes with them. Leaving these items at Music City Kartplex may result in a $150 fine.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness. Please use designated trash and recycling bins.
- Drones are strictly prohibited unless you’ve received written consent from Music City Kartplex.
- Vehicles, trailers, and tents must fit inside designated parking/pit spots.
- Parking outside of designated zones is prohibited; roads/fire lanes must stay clear.
- For safety concerns, dangerous driving on the track, not being able to achieve an adequate lap time, or as a result of any other related issues, you may be asked to park for the day.
- “Follow-the-leader” sessions allowed only by qualified personnel, and in the correct sessions. These privileges may be revoked for safety reasons if the instructor is deemed unqualified. Instructors must be approved in advance.
