Church Groups

A Group Day
With A Finish Line.

Church groups want an outing people actually show up for. Outdoor karting gives youth groups, men's and women's ministries, and multi-generation crews a shared scoreboard without needing anyone to own a kart.

Why Race It Here

WHY MCK.

1

Built For Mixed Ages

Drivers 12 and up who meet the height rule race. Younger kids and adults who prefer the fence still get the party space, the podium, and the day. One booking covers the whole roster.

2

Equal Karts, Clear Results

Everyone races the same Italian CRG rentals. Lap times settle the friendly rivalry cleanly, which is exactly what a youth group or ministry outing needs.

3

Space For The Gathering Part

Between heats you get room for food, a short message, or awards. The track is the draw. The event space keeps the day from being only helmets and asphalt.

4

Easy Middle Tennessee Drive

Shelbyville sits an easy run from Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, and surrounding towns. Groups carpool in, race, and still have the evening.

How The Day Runs

START TO PODIUM.

1
Arrive Together

Your group checks in, signs waivers, and gets fitted with helmets. Under-18 drivers need a parent or guardian signature.

2
Briefing And Practice

One safety briefing for the whole group, then practice laps so first-timers learn the half-mile before the real race.

3
The Group Race

Timed heats with live lap timing. Bigger groups run multiple waves so every driver gets a real race, not a single parade lap.

4
Food, Podium, Wrap

Back to your space for food and a podium ceremony. Printed results go home with the group.

Every Format

THE RIGHT FORMAT.

Here is every way to run it. We have marked the one we would put on your day, but the call is yours, and our event coordinator will walk you through any of them.

Church Groups Questions

Can a church youth group race at Music City Kartplex?

Yes. Drivers must be at least 12 years old and 58 inches tall. Younger kids can still attend as spectators, and the group packages include space for food and a podium.

Do we need racing experience for a church outing?

No. Arrive & Drive and group packages are built for first-timers. Everyone gets a safety briefing, helmet, and neck brace before they race.

How many people do we need to book as a group?

Group packages start at 10 to 12 guests on weekdays and 15 on weekends depending on the package. Smaller crews can book individual Arrive & Drive races instead.
